Since joining Sharp Health Plan in 2011, Don has held a variety of leadership roles on the Sales team, helping shape and expand several key lines of business. He played an instrumental role in the development and growth of our membership, while building strong relationships and delivering results in an increasingly competitive marketplace. Don has helped drive sustainable growth, strengthen partnerships and advance Sharp Health Plan's mission of delivering high-quality and affordable coverage to the communities we serve.
As Chief Sales Officer, Don will lead Sharp Health Plan’s Sales division, including Sales, Account Management, Government Accounts and Wellness. In this role, he will oversee sales strategy while continuing to foster the exceptional service and personalized support that our broker and employer partners have come to value.
