We offer three easy ways to pay:

Online

Log in or register for our online payment portal to make a payment, set up automatic payments, and view your online transaction history.

By mail

Make checks payable to Sharp Health Plan, write your member ID on the check and include the coupon that comes with your bill. Please use separate checks if you are paying for more than one account.

Your bill, simplified

Use this easy guide to help you understand key points on your monthly billing statement.

What you need to know:


  • Please update your online automatic payments with your new premium amount each year, before December 31, or if you make changes to your coverage. If you terminate your plan or no longer wish to make automatic payments, you are responsible for canceling your automatic payments.
  • Online payments can only be made against a primary subscriber's member ID, which ends in -01 or begins with S. If you are not the primary subscriber but wish to make payments, then please navigate to your Profile and update your account type to "I'm paying on behalf of someone else," and create a subscription for the primary member/subscription under 'Add subscription.'
  • Sharp Health Plan bill cycles run on the first business day of the month. If you change your benefit plan and make a payment after the first, it will take 60 days for the change and payment to be reflected in your bill history and statement.
  • We accept Visa®, MasterCard®, debit cards (endorsed by Visa or MasterCard), checks, money orders, cash, bank wire, and e-check.
  • If you need to pay a medical bill or copay, please call your provider or visit sharp.com to make a payment.
