Easy ways to pay

Creating an online account is a simple process and allows you to:

  • Make your payment by credit, debit card or ACH payment (e-check)

  • Set up recurring payments that makes paying your premium easy and convenient

  • View your online payment history

We offer several payment options.


By mail
Make check payable to "Sharp Health Plan", write your member ID on the check, and include the coupon that comes with your bill. Please use separate checks if you are paying for more than one account.

Your bill, simplified

Use this easy guide to help you understand key points on your monthly billing statement.


What you need to know

  • Please update your automated payments with your new premium amount each year, before December 31, or if you make changes to your coverage. This will ensure accurate and timely premium payments, and prevent any disruptions in your coverage.

  • Sharp Health Plan bill cycles run the first week of the month. If you change your benefit plan and make a payment after the first week of the month, it will take 60 days for the change and payment to be reflected in your bill history and statement.

  • Remember to cancel your automated payments if you terminate your health coverage or if you no longer wish to make automated payments.

  • We accept Visa®, MasterCard®, debit cards (endorsed by Visa or MasterCard), checks, money orders, cash, bank wire, and ACH payments (e-check).

  • If you need to pay a medical bill or copay, please call your provider or visit to make a payment.

  • Remember, you can easily return to the payment portal by clicking on the $ symbol in the top navigation of
