We offer four easy ways to pay:

1

Online

Log in or register for our online payment portal to view your balance due, make a payment by e-check, set up automatic payments, and view your online transaction history.

Tip: Use balance due when setting up automatic payments to never miss a payment again.

Note: online e-check payments are limited to $8,000. If you need to pay a balance greater than $8,000, contact your dedicated account management executive to get the required information to set up a wire transfer with your bank.

What you need to know

  • Please update your online automatic payments with your new premium amount each year or if you make changes to your coverage. You can also choose to pay the 'balance due' to ensure accurate and timely premium payments, and prevent any disruption of coverage.
  • Sharp Health Plan bill cycles run on the first business day of the month. If you change your benefit plan and make a payment after the first, it will take 60 days for the change and payment to be reflected in your bill history and statement.
  • If your health coverage is terminated for any reason or you no longer wish to make automatic payments, you are responsible for canceling your automatic payments.
