Do I need the Sharp app if I already have the Sharp Health Plan app?
Yes. The Sharp app is a patient portal that will allow you to manage your health care online, while the Sharp Health
Plan app allows you to access your health plan information online. For the best patient and member experience, we
recommend both apps. For your convenience, you can link your Sharp Health Plan app with your Sharp app.
How do I link my Sharp Health Plan app with my Sharp app?
To link your Sharp Health Plan app with your Sharp app:
1. Log in to your Sharp Health Plan online account.
2. Open the Menu in the upper left corner. Under Sharing, select Link My Accounts.
3. On the Link My Accounts page, look for Sharp HealthCare and select Link account.
You can unlink your Sharp account at any time through your Sharp Health Plan online account.
Is there a fee to have an online account?
No. Your online account is a free service.
What are the technical requirements to use an online account?
You need a phone, tablet or computer with internet access and an up-to-date browser, such as Chrome, Edge or Firefox.
On mobile devices, we recommend using the Sharp Health Plan app.
