We’re making it even easier for San Diegans to access care in South Bay and East County with two new Sharp facilities opening up in Chula Vista and Santee.
The new Sharp Chula Vista Medical Center hospital tower is set to open in January 2020, bringing world-class care to patients and families. The next-generation hospital tower features:
- Large, private patient rooms with ocean and mountain views
- Entire floors dedicated to specialized cardiac, stroke and cancer care
- State-of-the-art surgical suites, including the South Bay’s only hybrid procedure room for advanced cardiovascular procedures
- An indoor/outdoor café

Also coming soon to San Diego County is the Sharp Rees-Stealy Medical Center in Santee. The new location is set to open in summer 2020. The three-story, 86,000-square-foot
building will offer:
