COVID-19: Stay in the know

We’ve pulled together helpful information for you and your workforce during these challenging times.

We encourage employers to review and follow CDC guidelines to determine planning, preparation, and response to the coronavirus and COVID-19. Employers should encourage employees experiencing COVID-19 symptoms to call their health providers for medical advice. Please know that hospitals will not test people who do not exhibit COVID-19 symptoms. Read the guidelines for COVID-19 testing.

No cost for COVID-19 screening, testing and treatment services

There are no out-of-pocket costs for medically necessary COVID-19 screening and testing. We have also waived out-of-pocket costs for all COVID-19 diagnostic treatment received April 1 through September 30, 2020.
