We’re here to help keep you and your clients connected to the latest COVID-19 guidance, resources and benefit information.

The COVID-19 vaccine is a covered benefit for Sharp Health Plan members, with no copay.

Sharp Health Plan members can receive the COVID-19 vaccine at no cost from any pharmacy that is part of the CVS Caremark® national network. Use the pharmacy locator to find a nearby pharmacy. Supply may be limited, so please check with the pharmacy to be sure they have the vaccine available.

Until Nov. 11, 2023, members can also get a COVID-19 vaccine from a non-contracted provider and request reimbursement from Sharp Health Plan. They must submit their itemized receipt with a completed prescription reimbursement form to CVS Caremark to request reimbursement.

There are no copays for medically necessary COVID-19 testing.

Free at-home tests are available at COVIDtests.gov. Members can submit proof of purchase for FDA approved at-home COVID-19 diagnostic tests for reimbursement for kits purchased between Jan. 15 2022 and May 10, 2023. 

Members can also submit at-home tests for reimbursement online by logging in to their Sharp Health Plan online account. They should select Claims, then select At-home COVID-19 test reimbursement
