Best Health^® is a comprehensive wellness program available to all Sharp Health Plan members at no extra cost. Best Health is one of a select group of health plan wellness programs to receive national accreditation from the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA).

Preventive care exam

Scheduling an annual preventive care wellness visit with your primary care physician is important for early detection.
The following are examples of preventive care benefits that are covered and have no copayment or deductible:

Wellness exam of baby and child (up to age 18), immunizations and related screenings
Wellness exam for adults, immunizations and related screenings
Routine gynecological exams, immunizations and related screenings

Get free personalized, one-on-one coaching in a six-week, phone-based program
Make positive changes during weekly 30-minute sessions with our nationally board-certified health coaches
