Relieve tension, encourage circulation and ease headache symptoms with these pressure points. Hold or massage each pressure point for one minute.
Check with your primary care physician if you have questions about your headaches or trying pressure points.
- Press the space between the eyebrows where your forehead and the bridge of your nose meet.
- Press the spaces on both sides of your face that are between your forehead and tops of your ears.
- Find the soft depression along your inner wrist, in line with your thumb, and push down.
- Press the soft area where your thumb and forefinger meet.
- Find the soft area about a thumb-width from where your first and second toes connect. Press firmly.
- Use your thumb to press the soft area on the side of your neck, at the base of your skull.
