Search for a provider in your network.

Sharp Health Plan partners with American Specialty Health (ASH) to offer our members access to acupuncture and chiropractic services. Please follow the steps below to find a provider in your plan network.

Verify your benefits

Check to see if your plan includes chiropractic and acupuncture services. You can do that by logging in to your Sharp Health Plan online account, and checking your summary of benefits. If your plan includes chiropractic and acupuncture services, then you can explore a variety of excellent providers through ASH.

Choose the right network

ASH offers two networks for qualifying Sharp Health Plan members. To ensure the best member experience, please select a provider from the correct network.

HMO Members

If you are enrolled in an individual and family plan (directly though Sharp Health Plan or Covered California™), or through select employer groups, and your member ID card looks like the photo below, then this is the ASH provider network you should select.

If you’re enrolled in a Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) or Point of Service (POS) plan, and your member ID card looks like either of the photos below, then this is the ASH provider network you should select.
