Supporting your employees’ health and wellness is more important than ever, and experts agree. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention suggest the use of “effective workplace health programs and policies can reduce health risks and improve the quality of life for 138 million workers in the United States.”
Take the Wellness Assessment
The Wellness Assessment is the first step to help your employees enjoy the benefits of the Best Health program. This 15-minute questionnaire
evaluates nine important areas of health, including:
- Alcohol use
- Emotional well-being
- Nutrition
- Physical activity
- Preventive health
| - Readiness to change
- Safety
- Sleep
- Tobacco and nicotine exposure
|
Once it’s completed, employees receive a personalized report with recommendations to help them set goals and identify strengths and areas of improvement. Assessment results are confidential.
Employees can take what they’ve learned one step further with the Best Health learning modules, self-paced lessons to help them develop and maintain healthy
habits. Learning modules are recommended for employees based on the results of their Wellness Assessment, but they can choose any topics that interest them. Your employees can select from subjects like sleep health, emotional health, diabetes
prevention, physical activity and more.
