Track your wellness activity on the Best Health app

Easily connect your devices to track your activity.


It’s easy to view your wellness activity in one place by connecting your devices to the Best Health® app. Get started with these steps:

Download the Best Health app

  1. Download the app from the App Store or Google Play.
  2. In the organization search screen*, type s-h-a. Select Sharp Health Plan Members.
  3. Select Login (or Sign Up if you have not previously created a Best Health profile on a computer).
  4. Enter your email address and password and select Sign In.
  5. Agree to the terms of use if prompted.

* If your organization has a custom Best Health website, please enter the first three letters of your organization's name.

Connect an app and record your activity

  1. Select Health Trackers from the column on the right of the screen.
  2. Select one of the trackers:
    • Steps
    • Weight
    • Water
    • Physical Activity
    • Blood Pressure
    • Glucose
  3. Select Connect an App.
    • Select any available app, follow your device’s instructions, and select Connect. Get step-by-step instructions to sync the Best Health app with Apple Health, Samsung Health or your Apple Watch using the PDF below.

      VIEW INSTRUCTIONS

      • We highly recommend that you connect only one device to avoid adding duplicate data to your Best Health account.
      • Please allow up to 24 hours for your device app’s data to appear in the Best Health app.
  4. Select Add Entry.
    • Manually enter your data by selecting Add Entry, filling out the form and selecting Save.
  5. You can set a goal under the Tracker Summary at the top of the page by selecting Add Target.
