The Best Health® Kindfulness Challenge combines the best of both worlds: sharing positivity and encouraging us to be fully present as we move through the day. The challenge is an interactive way to engage your employees, all while supporting their health.

How the Kindfulness Challenge works

Each week, your employees will practice mindful exercises to help them add more “kindfulness” into their lives. They’ll receive three suggested tasks to complete, like a quick and informative read, guided meditation and a worksheet.

Kindfulness Challenge Spotlight: Neighborhood House Association
