There are no copays for medically necessary COVID-19 screening and testing. We have also waived out-of-pocket costs for all COVID-19 diagnostic treatment received April 1 through Jan. 31, 2021.
The vaccine, when available, will also be covered at $0 under your preventive care benefits.
