Best Health Coaching

One-on-one, tailored support

Sharp Health Plan members have direct access to personal health and lifestyle coaches who will guide you towards improved health. If you're ready to make a change, a Best Health coach can help! Coaching sessions are one-on-one and telephone based for your convenience-and completely customized to your individual needs.

Your coach will review your lifestyle habits and medical history to establish a starting point; provide guidance on goal setting and planning; talk through trouble spots and address barriers; and offer motivation to inspire change and help you reach your health goals. In between sessions, your coach will use email to stay in touch and keep you on track.

Choose from five topics

Best Health coaching sessions are 30 minutes long and held once a week. Topics include:

•     Healthy Weight — 8 to 12 week program
(For individuals with a BMI of 25 or higher. Click here to calculate your BMI).
•   
Kick it! Smoking Cessation — 8 to 12 week program
•   
Healthy Eating — 6 week program
•   
Physical Activity — 6 week program
•   
Stress Management — 6 week program
