Find an urgent care center near you

Urgent conditions are not emergencies, but they may need prompt medical attention.  Your primary care physician (PCP) must authorize urgent care services if you are in San Diego or southern Riverside county. You do not need authorization if you are out of the area and need urgent care.

If you are not sure whether your condition is urgent, call your PCP.  After 5 pm and on weekends, you can also call Sharp Nurse Connection® at 1-800-359-2002. A single phone call puts you in touch with registered nurses who can help you determine the most appropriate treatment.
