Proof of residency guidelines previously stated that individual and family plan (IFP) members could either live or work in Sharp Health Plan’s service area to be eligible for coverage.
Starting 2022, IFP members must live within Sharp Health Plan’s service area to be eligible for coverage.
As a reminder, new IFP applicants will still need to provide acceptable proof of residency documents within 10 business days after their application is submitted.
