IFP proof of residency requirement

New guidelines to applications and account changes.

We’ve updated our IFP underwriting guidelines to include a proof of residency requirement for new member applications and for account changes that add new members to an existing policy. We will be requiring two forms within 10 calendar days of receiving an application or account change. Our IFP team will review the documents to ensure they meet underwriting guidelines. The change is effective immediately.
