Sharp Connect member portal 

Securely access and manage your plan through the Sharp Connect member portal. Here's what you can do with the member portal:

  • Check your benefits, eligibility, copays, deductibles and more
  • Choose or change your primary care doctor
  • Update your contact information
  • View, print or request your member ID card
  • View your billing statements

Note: If you have switched plans and received a new member ID number, you will need to re-register for the portal.

Sharp Connect provider portal 

Quickly check member eligibility and manage your information with the Sharp Connect provider portal. Here’s what you can do with the provider portal:

  • Confirm eligibility for members
  • Look up diagnosis & procedure codes
  • Update your provider directory information

Note: Once your registration request is submitted, our Provider Relations team works to validate your account as quickly as possible. Most account requests are processed within a few hours, but all requests will be resolved within 2 business days. If you need expedited access, please call us at 1-858-499-8330 from Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5pm, and our Provider Relations team will assist you.

        Payment portal 

        The Sharp Health Plan payment portal is a safe and secure way to pay your premium bill online. 

        • Pay your bill online by card (Visa® or Mastercard®) or e-check
        • Set up and manage automatic payments
        • View your transaction history

        Note: Transactions may take up to 3 business days to show in your account. You are responsible for canceling your automatic payments if your health coverage is terminated.

        Payment portal 

        The Sharp Health Plan payment portal is a safe and secure way to pay your premium bill online.

        Note: Online e-check payments are limited to $8,000. If you need to pay a balance greater than $8,000, contact your dedicated account management executive to get the required information to set up a wire transfer with your bank.
