Check Eligibility, Referral and Claim Status Online

Important Update: In June 2011, a new application called ACES (Authorization Claims Eligibility System) replaced the former MCA Outreach application. Sharp Health Plan is providing access to the enhanced ACES application for our registered MCA Outreach subscribers and for new subscribers.

ACES web-based application eliminates referrals via fax and much more

Physicians and their office staff can check eligibility, referral and claim status for Sharp Health Plan members online with the easy-to-use, ACES web-based application. ACES allows physician offices to view member-specific eligibility information, including effective date, primary care physician history and copayments, as well as check the status of referrals or claims at any time. Physicians can also submit referrals and receive responses electronically, eliminating the need for referrals to be submitted to Sharp Health Plan by fax.
