MCA Outreach eliminates referrals via fax and much more.

Physicians and their office staff can now check eligibility, referral and claim status for Sharp Health Plan members online with an easy-to-use, Web-based application from MCA Outreach. The MCA Outreach allows physician offices to view member-specific eligibility information, including effective date, primary care physician history and copayments, as well as check the status of referrals or claims at any time. Physicians can also submit referrals and receive responses electronically, eliminating the need for referrals to be submitted to Sharp Health Plan by fax.
